Q.   I'm a new business client, what should I do to get a free consultation?

A.   We would be delighted to provide free consultation. Simply call, e-mail, or complete the form on the contact page.  Be sure to provide as much details as possible. We can then discuss your requirements or better yet schedule a visit to meet you in person and examine your current environment.

Q.   Do you provide after hours installations?

A.   Yes, understanding that installing, repairing or upgrading a network to an existing environment causes plenty of disruptions and loss of productivity. This is why we provide an after hour installation service to minimize any down time. We will plan, schedule, execute and deploy an after hours install so your up and running during business hours without disruption.

Q.   Do you provide after hours support?

A.   Day to day help desk support is only available during our business hours. You can however log your request into our help desk system at anytime by e-mailing tickets@servicad.com or completing our Submit a Ticket form. Your request will then be queued and responded to in a timely fashion. Tickets receive priority attention and are attended to in the order received.
